How do I use the results?
Sort by estimated traffic, pick the top 10-20 gaps with positions 5-20 (those are queries Google considers competitive but not dominated), and write better content than the competitor's ranking page. Avoid gap keywords where the competitor ranks #1 - those are usually too defended to outrank.
Why doesn't it show keywords I already rank for?
This tool focuses on gaps - keywords where the competitor ranks (positions 1-50) but you either don't rank or rank below position 30. To see all your rankings, use the Competitor Keyword Stealer with your own domain instead.
How fresh is the ranking data?
DataForSEO updates ranking data weekly to monthly depending on the keyword's volume. Most data is within 30 days fresh.
